The first one will pass it on to his neighbour who will pass it on to his other neighbour, etc. Now, see what the fifth person will make of that story when he has to re-tell it out loud... It will be completely different from the original.

With the above story in mind, give me one good reason to trust an entire book with hundreds of pages that's been written 2000 years ago and must have been rewritten at least 50 times. Yes, I am an athiest and I'm proud of it. I do respect those who want to believe, but the bible is not now, nor has it ever been, meant to be taken literally.

First, without the OT, there could be no NT, and the only reason that Jesus was so important to ppl is because he supposedly fulfilled OT prophecies. And oh btw, Lev. is in OT, so if you believe that homosexuality is a sin and you are using this argument, you are a hypocrite
